Wednesday	8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday	8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Friday	8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

 

Rates
Fee for a 50 minute session is $120.00.  The fee is the same for individual, child, couple or family sessions. The fee is due at the time of the appointment.

Group is  a flat fee of $320.00 per month. The Group fee is the same regardless of how many weekly sessions are in the month or in the event of missed sessions. In other words, you will not pay more for a five week month and the fee is not prorated for missed sessions.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and credit cards through Pay Pal.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
